A Message From Our Circle Secretary

LIFE CERTIFICATE SUBMISSION FOR NON SAMPANN PENSIONERS. ;-    

Comrades,Good Morning, 

No of Non migrated Pensioners who receive pension  from CPPC of Banks as on 30th Sep 2023 are 3100. Out of which,2300 are clear cases. 800 are disputed cases like outstanding loan, other problems etc.                

1 During the month of Oct 2023 ,2300 pensioners will be migrated to SAMPANN. For them LC validity will be extended by 9 months as default.Their LC WILL be valid upto 31.07.2024.They need not worry about submission of LC during Nov 2023 .Bank will not accept LC even  if they want to submit to Bank.                                

2.Left out 800 Pensioners will be migrated to SAMPANN during NOV.2023.The decision regarding recovery of outstanding loan etc has been discussed with BANK authorities by  Dept.of Telecom.   

During Migration ,their LC validity will be extended upto AUGUST 2024 by default.If they are interested to submit LC to respective bank,they can submit.Thereby,validity will be extended upto Nov 2024 by default. Bank authorities will transfer the updated LC to CCA.                  

In the above two cases ,Pension will be continued to draw from NOV 2023 onwards  even if LC is not submitted by the above non migrated pensioners. This information is posted after discussion with JOINT CCA PVA.             

3.CCA Office is arranging LC Camp Mela at Coimbatore,Trichy,  Chennai. and Madurai etc.Date will be intimated  later.
