2.குடந்தை, தூத்துக்குடி, கோவை, குன்னுர் கடலூர், விருதுநகர், காரைக்குடி  ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் இருந்து இன்னும் வரவில்லை

3.இம்மாத இறுதிக்குள் சுமார் 1000பேருக்கு முழு பென்ஷன் SAMPANN மூலம் கிடைப்பதத்திற்க்கு பணிகள் நடை பெற்று கொண்டு இருக்கின்றன. மீதி உள்ளோர்க்கு provisional pension இம்மாதம் போடப்படும்.

4.மார்ச் இறுதிக்குள் 50%மும் மற்றும் ஜூன் இறுதிக்குள் முற்றிலும் SAMPANN மூலம் பென்ஷன் வழங்க target நிர்ணயம் செய்ய பட்டுள்ளது.

5.GPF இது வரை 4039 payment போடப்பட்டு விட்டது. மீதம் உள்ள அனைத்தும் இந்த மாத முடிவில் payment செய்யப் படும்.

BSNL ல் பணி புரியும் காண்ட்ராக்ட் பணியாளர்கள், நிரந்தர ஊழியர்கள் பல மாதங்களாக ஊதியம் பெறவில்லை. மனமுடைந்த சிலர் தற்கொலை என்ற பரிதாப எல்லைக்கு சென்றதாக செய்திகள் வருவது வேதனை அளிக்கிறது. அண்மையில் ஜபல்பூர் ல் ATT யாக பணியாற்றிய வர் இப்படி ஒரு முடிவுக்கு தள்ள பட்டிருக்கிறார். ஓய்வு பெற்ற நாம் ஏதேனும் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று பல மூத்த தோழர்கள் விரும்பு கின்றனர். எனவே ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஒவ்வொருவரும்  தனி தனியாக அஞ்சலட்டை நமது தொலை தொடர்பு அமைச்சருக்கு அனுப்பலாம் என்றும் அதை கீழ் கண்ட வாசகத்தை எழுதி  அனுப்புவது பொறுத்து மாய் இருக்கும்  என்று நம்புகிறேன்.

Sub: Payment of provisional/adhoc pension to VRS optees requested Reg

Government announced revival package for BSNL/MTNL. As a part of the package VRS-2019 was announced and more than 90,000 employees opted and retired as on 31/1/2020.

Because of the volume, the offices of PCCAs/CCAs will not be in a position to sanction and authorize the due pension before the end of this month. The VRS optees did not get their due salary for December 2019 and January 2020 and they only expect the pension by this month-end. As per the existing orders, Jt.CCA can sanction pension.

Though Rule 64 is applicable only to superannuation retirees, as a special case we request you, sir, to issue necessary instructions to PCCAs/CCAs to grant provisional/adhoc pension (50% of LPD) under Rule 64 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 (since they are not retiring in accordance with Rule 48) as an interim measure to mitigate the sufferings of the VRS optees, now pensioners.

We shall feel highly obliged if the action taken in this regard is intimated to us.

Extra Increment வழக்கு இன்று (11.2.2020) CAT ல் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. நம்முடைய வழக்கறிஞர் நீதிபதிகள் கேட்ட அனைத்து விவரங்கள் ஆதார பூர்வமாக கொடுத்த பிறகும் DOT தரப்பிலிருந்து இந்த வழக்கை முடிவுக்கு கொண்டு வரவேண்டும் என்ற நிலையில் இல்லாமல், ஒத்தி வைக்கப் பட்டு கொண்டு இருப்பதாக தெரிவித்தார்

DOT தரப்பு வழக்கறிஞர் கேரளா வில் உள்ள BSNL ல் ஓய்வு பெற்றவர்க்கு 78.2 அடிப்படையில் பென்ஷன் Revision கொடுக்க காரணம் அவர்கள் Re-Structuring கேடரில் வராததால் என்றார்.

நமது வழக்கறிஞர் அவரது வாதத்தை DOT ல் இருந்து கேரளா CGM/CCA விற்கு அனுப்பிய உத்திரவை சுட்டி காட்டி Restructuring கேடரில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கும் பென்ஷன் Revision போடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்று தெரிவித்தார்.

இது குறித்து வரும் 20.2.2020ல் தொடர்ந்து  argument செய்ய படும் என்று மேதகு நீதிபதிகள் தெரிவித்தனர்.

I just now spoke to CCA Mr Pradhan and enquired about the possibility of getting pension for February for VRS optees.

He told that

1) We have created necessary infrastructure like additional systems, additional staff etc.

2) If we get the necessary documents from BSNL we will clear on the basis of first come first served basis.

3) Though there are some criteria for payment of provisional pension we have suggested to DoT for some order for payment of pension as ad-hoc @ 50 percent of LPD and he asked us to meet DoT officers in Delhi from our side so that we can get the order by 15th or so.

BSNL has to send the LPD of each official.

Dear Anupam kaul

VRS optees have joined our association in large numbers.

They have to get pension for February.  It is a difficult job for CCA offices to pay pension as per normal procedure.

I understand that many CCAs have suggested to DoT for some order to pay pension @ 50 percent of LPD as ad-hoc pension because there's some difficulty to call it as 'provisional'.

I request you, sir, to meet Member (F) or some top officers in Sanchar Bhawan today or tomorrow and pursuade to issue necessary order in this regard.
