  CIRCLE  SECRETARY'S  CIRCULAR

CS REPLY TO GENERAL SECRETARY

Dear Com GS,
Gone through CHQ special circular dt 26.09.2021 regarding holding of conferences. In this regard I am to inform that in TN, the state Govt  has  permitted ONLY 100 persons and as correctly mentioned in your circular, the situation is still not conducive to hold the conferences. Moreover after Oct 2021 the third wave factor would be known. Further in our Circle Secretariat meeting held on 14.8.2021, it was unanimously resolved to maintain status quo. However it has been decided to conduct the District Executive meetings.
