NO MORE PRINTED COPY TELEPHONE BILL

TO BSNL EMPLOYEES & PENSIONERS:

To encourage 'GREEN MOVEMENT' initiative, BSNL has issued orders to stop printing and distributing the physical bills to BSNL employees for their residential service landIine/broadband connection (for both serving & retired BSNLemployees) from
1-2-2015. Only 'E-bill' may be sent to them on their registered mail IDs.

Pensioners may forget to make Telphone Bill payment hereafter since there is no bill coming to their hand. To avoid the disconnection of the telephone service pensioners may follow the easiest way mentioned below:
1.    Make online payment through network banking.
2.    Make payment through customer service centers.
3.    Make ECS payment facility. This is very simple. Simply submit a request in a prescribed Form to the BSNL Accounts Officer with the approval from the bank for ECS payment.
(The ECS form can be downloaded from our website also from under “ALL FORMS” link above at the left side top .)
