NO TRANSPARENCY
Accoring to Media reports, BSNL employees, BSNL Retirees, and any other landphone subscriber
who avails any type of concession will not get the benefit of new offer of free calls from
9 PM to 7 AM. But, BSNL does not give clear idea to the public.
