VERY IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO MEMBERS

Dear members,

CCA TN has announced PENSION ADALAT MEETING during 2^nd week of July, 2017 in Chennai. We want our members to utilize this opportunity to solve their following problems:

1. 78.2% IDA Pension Revision orders not  received from CCA TN Office
2. 78.2% IDA Pension Revision orders received but payment not received from my bank.
3. 78.2% IDA Pension Revision arrears received but copy of  CCA TN Orders not received
4. Intimation of change of address
5. Any other grievances

If any member is affected by any of the problems above, we request our members to give case for Pension Adalat Meeting. Special attention is given by CCA TN for Pension Adalat grievances.  They will immediately take quick action on your representation and settle your problems. You will get confirmed reply from them even before the pension adalat meeting.

The  Pension adalat notification has come in newspapers ( Indian Express & Dinamani) on 16-4-2017. Last date for sending grievances is 15-6-2017. But please don’t wait for the last date.  If you send the letter now, they will process your case now itself and settle it and send you reply immediately even before pension adalat meeting.  Those who have not received the 78.2% pension revision orders represent it immediately.

We are giving below the model copy of letters for the above four cases. Update it with your personnel datas and send it immediately to them. Your can write this letter in handwritten method also.

Pl  follow the following instructions before sending the application.

1. Write pension adalat case on the top of the letter in bold letters
2. Write your mobile no in the application form
3. Write PENSION ADALAT CASE on the top of the postal cover
4. Write your PPO no.
5. Write your LPS No. (this is available in your pension book)
6. Keep a copy of a letter with you and give one copy to your branch secretary
7. Send it to the following address by professional courier
