Pensioners can register their grievances online and the above Cell will monitor the action taken on such registered grievances.

There is a similar Grievance registration system operated by Department of Pension in the name of CPENGRAMS. It is very effective.

But, I doubt if our BSNL Corporate Office will show that much efficiency, given their track record. Still pensioners can try and register teir grievances through the new Portal.
