 AIBSNLOA CHQ  G.S Shri  Rakesh Sethi in support our demands writes to the Secretary, DoPP&W on merger of 78.2% IDA with basic pension benefit to the absorbed BSNL Pensioners:'The DoT proposal to allow the benefit only w.e.f. 10.06.2013 seeks to create categories among the post-2007 retirees, allowing the benefit to those who retired on or after 10.06.2013 and denying the benefit to those who retired between 1.1.2007 and 9.6.2013. This amounts to patent discrimination and is unlawful.

SNEAINDIA CHQ  GS ,PRESIDENT And AGS met DDG (TPF) and the Member (Finance) DOT and briefly discussed for merger of 78.2% IDA to BSNL Pensioners.

BSNL Pensioner ' s problems - No solution so far and the inaction continues.???

 DOT sent the Action Taken Report to Dept of Pension & Pension Welfare.!!!

1.Pay anomaly case of BSNL pensioners who retired between 1 -10 - 2000 and 31 - 07 - 2001???

 ACTION TAKEN BY DOT - UNDER CONSIDERATION!!! (See Sl NO 10 of SCOVA ATR).

2.Merger of 78.2 % IDA benefit to all BSNL pensioners who retired prior to 10 - 06 -2013 ???

ACTION TAKEN BY DOT - UNDER CONSIDERATION!!! (See Sl NO 11 of SCOVA ATR).

GS DRAWS ATTENTION OF DOT-Lr on 09 - 09 2013

         Our GS Shri G.Natarajan has written a letter drawing the attention of The Secretary DOT regarding our demands and our programme of Mass demonstration at State and District HQs on 23 - 09 -2013 and Mass Demonstration of BSNL Pensioner from All over India on 23 - 10 -2013 at the Capital of India.

     All our members are once again requested to attend the Mass Demonstration at Madurai  on 23 - 09 - 2013 and display our commitment and unity.Please share this with your friends so as to make the Mass Demonstration a grand success.

SCOVA - MEETING -20 -09 - 2013

Department of Pension & Pension welfare has intimated the date and venue for 23 rd Meeting of SCOVA .BSNL pensioners problem of 78.2 % of DA merger at par with the working BSNL employees as on 10  -06 - 2013 is an item pending with SCOVA' s 22 nd Meeting.The minutes of 22 nd Meeting represented by Shri D.Balasubramanian of AIFPA is also uploaded.
Item No 5 . VI of page No 3 is regarding Pay anomaly of pensioners - pending case.
Item No 9 .VI of page No 7 is regarding 78.2 % DA merger- New case taken up with DOT.
