Dear Comrades
Tamilnadu Circle Executive Committee meeting was held in Pondicherry very successfully. Com.V.Ramarao , TN Circle President presided over the meeting and Com.K.Muthiyalu TN Circle Secretary carried out all proceedings. CHQ Office bearers Com.G.Natarajan, GS, Com.D.Gopalakrishnan Vice President, Com.S.Arunachalam AGS, many Office Bearers of TN Circle, all District Secretaries spoke on the occasion .
All speakers insisted on one point that our association should be strengthened by joining more members especially Family pensioners to achieve more for the welfare of our Pensioners.
Donation for AIC Rs 50/- has to be collected from all our members and sent to CHQ Treausrer before 31st April 2018.
Very good arrangements were made by Pondi comrades, good accommodation was provided to all, Food and snacks served with hospitality were of good quality and tasty. Hall was very comfortable with pleasant AC. Mike and Audio system were superb.
Vote of Thanks was given by Com.Ghouse Batcha TN Circle Treasurer.

The All India Consumer Price Index for February 2018 is 287, according to Labour Bureau. It was 286 for December 2017 and 288 for January 2018. Hence, the average for 3 months (December, January & February) is 287. Based on that rate of IDA effective from 1-4-2018 shall be 127.2%. Increase of 0.3%.
