IDA MERGER CASE......
FILE IS CLEARED BY SECRETARY
Com. R L Kapoor, our Legal Committee Member in New Delhi reports:
"The
File on 78.2% IDA benefit for pensioners has been cleared by
Secretary, Telecom (Chairman, Telecom Commission). Now, the file has
to be sent to Department of Pension by Director (Estt), according to the
procedure.
PENSION ANOMALY CASE
The File on Pension anomaly is still with Secretary, Telecom for his clearance."
