நமது மத்திய சங்க அறைகூவலின்படி 

         7 வது சம்பளக்குழுவின் பரிந்துரைபடி IDA அடிப்படையில் 1-1-2017 முதல் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் பெற இரண்டாம் கட்ட தர்ணா போராட்டம் 18-7-2018 அன்று மதுரை தல்லாகுளம் லெவல் 4 தொலைபேசி நிலைய வளாகத்தில் மாவட்ட த்தலைவர் திரு சத்தியசீலன் அவர்கள் தலைமையில் நடைபெற்றது. கூட்டத்தில் தமிழ் மாநிலச்செயலர் திரு முத்தியாலு கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்தார்.

               தர்ணாவில் பல தோழியர் உட்பட 300 ஓய்வூதியர் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

கூட்டத்தில் நமது மாவட்டச்சங்கத்தின் துவக்க கால மற்றும் முன்னாள் செயலர் திரு GRD, மாவட்டச்செயலர் திரு வீராச்சாமி, 

மாவட்ட துணைச்செயலர் திரு சூரியன் ஆகியோர் அகில இந்திய சங்க தோற்றம், செயல் பாடுகள், மாவட்ட மாநில சங்க செயல் பாடு விவரித்தனர்.

                             மாநிலச் செயலர் திரு முத்தியாலு அவர்கள்

                                    விருது வழங்கி கௌரவிக்கப்பட்டார்.

          மாநிலச்செயலர் தனது சிறப்புரையில் நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கம் அமைந்திட வித்திட்டவர் நமது GRD என பொருமிதத்துடன் கூறினார். அவர் மேலும் தனது உரையில் இந்த போராடடதின் அவசியம், அகில இந்திய சங்கம் இது விஷயத்தில் எடுத்துள்ள முயற்சிகள்,அடுத்த கட்ட நடவடிக்கைகள் பற்றியும் சங்கத்தை வலுப்படுத்த வேண்டிய அவசியம் பற்றியும் விளக்கமாக எடுத்துரைத்தார்.

         மாவட்டத்துணைச் செயலர் ராஜாராமின் நன்றி யுரையுடன் தர்ணா நிறைவுற்றது. பங்கு கொண்ட தோழர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் மதிய

உணவளிக்கப்பட்டது.

GENERAL SECRETARY IN NEW DELHI

Com. G Natarajan, our GS is in Delhi from Fourth July onwards. After attending the Delhi circle conference today he will return to Chennai. During these days GS met many officers in BSNL and DOT. Com. Anupam Kaul, AGS, Com. J S Dahiya, AGS, Com. R L Kapoor and others accompanied GS in these meetings.

Medical allowance:

As all know, in April last year, quarterly medical allowance was restored for pensioners, due to our persistent persuasion. First, it was allowed up to September 2017; then it was extended up to March 2018. Sufficient fund was not allotted by Corporate Office. Hence many pensioners have not yet received the allowance. After March 2018, neither allowance is granted nor vouchers are accepted. Filed offices do not know what to do.Corporate Office has not issued any order on it. From the talks GS had with Director (HR), GM (Admn), etc. it is understood that Corporate Office has not taken any decision whether the allowance should be continued or withdrawn after March 2018. It is unfortunate. It is told to GS that BSNL will take a decision very shortly.

Pension Revision:

GS and others met the member (Services) in DOT and discussed about pension revision. Detailed discussion took place with Director (Estt) on 6-7-2018 on it. It is understood that our demand for pension revision with VII CPC fitment benefit is being referred to Department of Pension and Pensioners Welfare shortly. Along with our demand, DOT is pointing out that pension revision has taken place in the past after pay revision. It is a wrong notion. But, DoT is not willing to change its stand. Some other organizations too had such wrong notion and hence they demanded pension revision also with PRC fitment benefit. DoT took advantage of their demand.

Those organizations realized their blunder and changed their demand subsequently. Now they all want delinking pension revision from pay revision. It is good. But damage was already done. Linking our Pension Revision with Wage Revision in BSNL with III PRC recommendations is dangerous. Wage Negotiation Committee is recently constituted. We do not know when the negotiation on Pay Revision will start and finish. Final outcome is quite uncertain. Employees have bitter experiences. BSNL was formed in 2000. Even after 18 years, there is no pension scheme for the directly recruited BSNL employees. They are getting pittance as pension. (A lady retired in 2017 after 16 years of service is getting only Rs 1311 as pension. Her income is suddenly reduced from Rs 45000 to Rs 1311 per month!)

Against this background, linking of our Pension Revision with Pay Revision in BSNL is detrimental to all of us. It is high time for all organizations to understand the danger and move together. I hope better sense will prevail on all.

I find an improvement in the situation. Till this time DoT was silent on our demand. Deliberately DoT did not disclose their approach. Now something is known. GS is successful to find out the position. He could collect a copy of one letter written by Minister Shri Manoj Sinha to one MP on the pension revision. In that letter also it is indicated that pension revision will be taken up only after pay revision of serving staff.

As such, pension revision is not easy. We have to struggle a lot.

சென்னையில் நடைபெற்ற மத்திய செயற்குழு முடிவின் படி ஜூலை மாதம் 18ஆம் தேதி அன்று ஏழாவது சம்பள குழுவின் பரிந்துரை அடிப்படையில் நம் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்காக  மாபெரும் தர்ணா நாடு முழுவதும் மிக எழுச்சியாக நடைபெற உள்ளது.
மதுரையில் நடைபெற உள்ள மாபெரும் தர்ணாவில் தமிழ்மாநில செயலர் தோழர்.முத்தியாலு கலந்து கொண்டு எழுச்சி உரை ஆற்ற உள்ளார். மதுரை , மதுரையை சுற்றி உள்ள மாவட்ட பகுதிகளில் இருந்து நம் தோழர்கள் திரளாக வந்து உரையினைக்கேட்டு தத்தம் பகுதியில் உள்ள தோழர்களுக்கும்  உணர்த்திட  வேண்டுகிறோம்.
தர்ணா பெருவெற்றி பெற வாழ்த்துகிறோம்.

As all of us are aware that our Tamilnadu Circle Conference is to be conducted on 7th and 8th August 2018 in Trichy.
In this connection a review committee meeting was held in Trichy on 3rd July in which our Circle Secretary Com. K.Muthiyalu attended and gave suggestions, ideas and directions for the smooth conduct of conference.

இமயம் முதல் குமரி வரை எதிரொலித்தது.

01-01-2007 ல் BSNLஊழியர்    ஊதிய மாற்றம் கண்டபோது

உழைத்து ஓய்ந்த ஓய்வூதியர் அடைந்தனர் ஏமாற்றம் . 

ஓய்வறியா ஒப்பற்ற தலைவர்கள் முயற்சியாலே ,

ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றமெல்லாம் கிடையாது என்ற நிலையினை

மாற்றி காட்டினோம் சாதனை படைத்தோம் நாம்.

15-03-2011 ல். ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் நிலுவையுடன் பெற்றோம்

78.2% IDA இணைப்பு பெற ஊழியர் மற்றும் நாம் இணைந்து போராட்டங்கள் நாளும் பல நடத்தி காட்டினோம்.

10-06-2013 ல் ஊழியர் மட்டும் பெற்றனர்.உவகை உற்றனர்.

தனித்து விடப்பட்டோம் ஆயினும் துவள வில்லை நாம்

இடையறாத போராட்டத்தால் மதியூக முயற்சிகளால்

18-07-2016 ல்  ஓய்வூதியரும் பெற்றனரே நிலுவையோடு 

உவகை மிகக் கொண்டனரே மனதோடு.  

60:40 உடன்பாட்டினை  மறையச் செய்தோம்    

என்றும் மகிழ்ந்து கொண்டாட இமாலய வெற்றியல்லவா அது !

ஏழாவது சம்பள குழு பரிந்துரையில் நம் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம்

இதுவே நம் துயர் தீர்க்கும்  மா மருந்தாம் .

இதனை பெற்றுவிடின் எதிர்கால ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம்

இன்னலில்லாமல் பெற்று மகிழ்ந்திடுவோம்  நாம்.

இதுவே நம் கோரிக்கை , கோரிக்கை வென்றெடுக்க

போராடும் கோடிக் கை .

சாதனை படைக்கவே பிறந்த சங்கமிது ,

இதனையும் பெற்றுத் தரும்.

இத்தனையும் சாத்தியம் எதனாலே ?

தானைத் தலைவர்களின் மதியூகத்தாலே ,

தொண்டர்கள் காத்து நிற்கும்  ஒற்றுமையாலே

வாருங்கள் ஒன்று கூடுவோம்,  அவணி குலுங்க

AIBSNLPWA Madurai District secretary Com. Veerachamy with profound pleasure informs that they had sent 50,000/- for All India Conference Fund up to so far in three installments of Rs 9900/- + Rs 23750/- and Rs 16350/- respectively.
The Secretary also said with pride that the whole unit of Madurai is trying hard to collect little more amount in this month.

ஓய்வறியா உழைப்பு,
ஓய்வூதியர் நலம் காக்க , துயர் துடைக்க 
நாளும் பயணம் , பொழுதும் அவர்தம் சிந்தனை.
இன்னும் சொல்ல சொல்ல  நா இனிக்கும் நெஞ்சம் நிறையும்.
ஆம் . இத்தனைக்கும் சொந்தக்காரர் நம் தமிழ்மாநில செயலர் தோழர் முத்தியாலுவின் அரும்பணிகளை பாராட்டும் விதமாக அவருக்கு " வாழ்நாள் சாதனையாளர் விருது " அரங்கு நிறைந்த மன்றத்தில் வழங்கி நெல்லை மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA  சங்கம் பெருமையுற்றது.
கிளைச் செயலராக , மாவட்ட செயலராக , மாநில செயலராக , ஓய்வூதியர் சங்க அகில இந்திய தலைவராக , அகில இந்திய அமைப்புச் செயலராக, மாநில தலைவராக, மாநில செயலராக ஒடி ஒடி உழைத்து , என்றும் ஓய்வூதியர் சிந்தனை , எப்போதும் அவர்களின் மேம்பாடு என்று அணுப்பொழுதும் மாற்று சிந்தனையில்லா ஒரே நோக்குடன் அல்லும் பகலும் தொண்டாற்றி வரும் தோழர் முத்தியாலுவை எவ்வளவுதான் பாராட்டினாலும் தகும் .
