Send Off Party For VRS Optees of 

 Madurai GM Office.

A fitting Send off party was given to outgoing officials on VRS retirement.  38 VRS optees are there in GM Office. Smt. S.E. Rajam PGM Madurai District presided over the meeting. Our District Secretary Com. S. Veerachami attended and greeted all VRS optees and invited them to join our mighty Pensioners Welfare Association.

இன்று திண்டுக்கல் பகுதியில் விருப்ப ஒய்வு பெற்று செல்லும் தோழர்களுக்கு ஒரு சிறப்பான வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா தொலைபேசி வளாகத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. மதுரை முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் திருமதி .S .E .இராஜம் அவர்கள் தலைமை ஏற்று நடத்திக் கொடுத்தார்கள்.மதுரை மாவட்டத்தின் சார்பில் மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் S .வீராச்சாமி அவர்களும், மாநில உதவி செயலர் தோழர். S .சூரியன் , தோழர் முபாரக் , திண்டுக்கல் கிளை செயலர் தோழர் M .அழகர், கிளை பொருளாளர் தோழர் அந்தோணி ஜெயக்குமார் அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள்.
தமிழ் சினிமா புகழ் திருமதி பறவை முனியம்மா அவர்களும் கலந்துகொண்டு சிறப்பித்தார்கள்.தோழர்கள் வீராச்சாமி மற்றும் சூரியன் அவர்களும் VRS ல் செல்லும் தோழர்களின் சேவைகளை பாராட்டி ,நம் ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கத்தில் இணைய வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்து பேசினார்கள். 61 தோழர்கள் VRS ல் செல்ல இருக்கிறார்கள். நம் வேண்டுகோளை ஏற்று 31 பேர் சங்கத்தில் இணைய விருப்ப மனு  கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள் . அவர்களையும் இன்னும் இணைய இருக்கும் தோழர்களையும் வருக வருக என வாழ்த்தி வரவேற்கிறோம்.

OUR ANOMALY CASE 

Delhi High Court has dismissed the Appeal from Dept.  We just now received the following  message from our lawyer Sh. Ranvir Singh:

" The judgement was delivered today, the 24th January 2020 rejecting the appeal WP ( C ) No. 10019 of the Union of India.
2. The judgement is running in 20 pages. Second last para states clearly that the administrative instructions are invalid against the Statutory Provisions.
3. In the last para, eight weeks time is given to the respondents to make the payment In Terms of the Government Order of 1999".

அன்னாரை இழந்து வாட்டும் அவரது குடும்பத்தாருக்கு சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கலை தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறோம்.
மறைந்த தோழர் ஆன்மா சாந்தியடைய எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவனை இறைஞ்சுகிறோம்.

பழனியில் விருப்ப ஓய்வு திட்டம் 2019ல் செல்லும் தோழர்களுக்கு, அவர்களின் சேவைகளை பாராட்டி  நிர்வாகம் சார்பில் ஒரு வாழ்த்தி வழி அனுப்பும் விழா 13-01-2020 அன்று பழனியில் நடைபெற்றது. முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் திருமதி S .E .ராஜம் அவர்கள் தலைமை ஏற்று சிறப்பாக நடத்தினார்கள் . நம் மதுரை மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் S .வீராச்சாமி அவர்களும் கலந்து கொண்டார். நம் செயலரையும் பேசுமாறு அழைத்தார்கள்.அவரும் நம் சங்க சாதனைகளை பட்டியலிட்டு அனைவரையும் நம் சங்கத்தில் சேருமாறு வேண்டுகோள் விடுத்தார்.அதன் பிரகாரம் 19 தோழர்கள் விருப்ப ஓய்வில் செல்ல இருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்களில் சுமார் 12 தோழர்கள் நம் சங்கத்தில் இணைய விருப்பம் தெரிவித்து விண்ணப்ப படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுத்துள்ளார்கள். இன்னும் சில தோழர்கள் இணைவார்கள் என நம்புகிறோம். 
புதிதாக இணைய விருக்கும் தோழர்களை வாழ்த்தி வரவேற்கிறோம். அவர்கள் அனைவரும் நீண்ட ஆயுளும், நல்ல உடல் நலமும், மகிழ்ச்சியாக , நல்ல மன அமைதியுடன் வாழ வாழ்த்துகிறோம். வரும் 17-01-2020 வெள்ளிக்கிழமை தேனி பகுதியில் இது போன்ற ஒரு வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா ஏற்பாடாகியிருக்கிறது.

அன்புமிகு தோழர்களே,
தமிழ் மாநில தொலைத்தொடர்பு வட்டத்தில் வரலாற்று சாதனை படைக்கிறது  மதுரை மாவட்டத்தின் வத்தலகுண்டு பகுதி. ஆம் இன்று 09-01-2020 மாலை 3-00 மணி அளவில் வத்தலகுண்டு பகுதியில் விருப்ப ஒய்வு பெற்று இம்மாத இறுதியில் செல்ல விருக்கும் 30 ஊழியர்களுக்கு ஒரு வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா சிறப்பாக தொலைபேசி நிலையத்தில் நடைபெற்றது. முதன்மை பொது மேலாளர் திருமதி S .E .ராஜம் அவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு அனைவரையும் வாழ்த்தி வழி அனுப்பி வைத்தார். 
அந்த விழாவில் நம் மதுரை மாவட்ட AIBSNLPWA  சார்பில் மாவட்ட செயலர் தோழர் தோழர் S .வீராச்சாமியும் . வத்தலகுண்டு கிளை செயலர் தோழர் V . பெரியசாமியும் கலந்து கொண்டார்கள் . மாவட்ட செயலர் விருப்ப ஓய்வில் செல்ல இருக்கும் தோழர்களை வாழ்த்தி பேசினார். BSNL க்கு அவர்கள் அளித்துள்ள சேவையினை வெகுவாக பாராட்டினார். நம் சங்கம் செய்துள்ள சாதனைகளை விரிவாக எடுத்துரைத்து இது போல் சாதனைகளை எந்த ஓய்வூதியர் சங்கமும் செய்ய வில்லை , செய்யவும் முடியாது. மிக அதிக எண்ணிக்கையுள்ள ஓய்வூதியர்களை தன்னகத்தே கொண்டுள்ள இச்சங்கம் ஏழாவது ஊதியக்குழுவின்  பரிந்துரைகளை நாமும் பெற்றிட அயராது பாடுபட்டு வருகிறது. இதில் நீங்கள் எல்லோரும் இணைய வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையினை விடுத்தார் அதன் விளைவாக அனைத்து 30 தோழர்களும் நம் சங்கத்தில் இணைய விரும்பி , படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து கொடுத்துள்ளனர். விருப்ப ஓய்வில் செல்லும் தோழர்கள் நூறு சதவீதம் நம் சங்கத்தில் சேர்வது ஒரு இமாலய சாதனையாகும். அடுத்து 13ஆம் தேதி பழனி பகுதி அலுவலகத்தில் மாலை 3-00 மணிக்கு வாழ்த்தி வழியனுப்பும் விழா நடை பெற உள்ளது.

On 07-01-2020, Comrades P.S.Ramankutty, D.Gopalakrishnan, K Muthiyalu, G Babu, G Natarajan, R Changappa, V Rathna and Radhakrishna  met Lawyer in Bangalore and discussed elaborately for nearly 90 minutes about various aspects of filing a case for pension revision in Bangalore CAT.

Lawyer opined that there is a strong merit in our demand.

All participants were unanimous in their opinion that the lawyer is able to understand our case and give proper guidance.

On 08/01/2020, the following CWC members were present in the Secretariat meeting:

PSR, DG, Babu, Natarajan, Gangadhara Rao, Muthiyalu, Varaprasad, Vittoban, Ramarao, Rethna, Radhakrishna, R Venkitachalam, R Changappa and S Thangaraj.

 Com Sukumaran  could not attend due to health reasons.

Discussion with the lawyer on 7th and present situation on pension revision were reviewed.  All the 14 CWC members expressed their opinion on future course of action.

All except two were unanimous to seek legal remedy for pension revision immediately in Bangalore CAT.

 Kanyakumari CWC in February 2019 had decided to seek legal remedy as a last resort. That stage has come now,  was the opinion of  them.

 So, it was decided accordingly, subject to ratification by CWC.

Extra increment case came up for hearing today at Chennai CAT as sl.no 51. Our lawyer and BSNL Counsel  attended the court.Whereas DOT Lawyer Sri.Srinivasan did not attend the court. During argument BSNL Lawyer stated that he had no points to submit and DOT lawyer did not present. Our lawyer told that we had already submitted memo based on the court direction .The case is getting prolonged for a long time. Situation may arise that  some elders may not be able to get arrears before in life time.Hon.Judge told to postpone to March 2020. Our lawyer told that tomorrow Mr.Srinivasan DOT lawyer will be attending the court for some other case and requested to post it to Tomorrow. Judge declared the same.So the case is posted tomorrow .

03-07-2019 அன்று தமிழ் மாநில தலைமை பொதுமேலாளர் உடன் நடைபெற்ற பேட்டியில் இது குறித்து மத்திய பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில் போடப்பட்ட உத்தரவை சுட்டிக்காட்டி நமது மாநிலத்தில் உள்ளவர்களுக்கும் இது போல் தரப்பட வேண்டும் என்று வலியுறுத்தினோம். உடனே மாநில நிர்வாகம் கார்பொரேட் அலுவலகத்திற்கு இது குறித்து கடிதம் எழுதுவதாக ஒப்புக்கொண்டார்கள். அதன் படி இப்போது உத்தரவு வெளியாகி விட்டது. அனைத்து மாவட்ட செயலர்கள் இந்த உத்தரவை நன்கு பயன்படுத்தி நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க ஆவண செய்ய வேண்டும் என கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப் படுகிறார்கள்.

February 2019 RetireesTo Note Please..

BSNL pensioners who retired in February '19 are the first batch of pensioners who receive Pension through SAMPANN system .They may receive pension through Bank / Post office. But pension is directly drawn from DOT only. Hence they have to give their LIFE CERTIFICATE to DOT only. People who retired in February '19 should submit the Life certificate before the drawal of February pension. Reminder to be given to our Pensioners.
