மனிதனோட உயர்ந்த மொழி பிறரிடம் பெருந்தன்மையாக நடந்துகொள்ளும்போதுதான் பேசப்படுகிறது. அது தெரிந்தாலே போதும். அதுதெரியாதவங்களுக்கு எத்தனை மொழிகள் தெரிந்தாலும் பயனில்லை. துக்கப்படறபோது ரெண்டு சொட்டுக் கண்ணீரும் சந்தோஷப்படுகிறபோது ஒரு புன்னகையும் பதிலாக எங்கிருந்து கிடைக்குமோ அங்கேதான் எல்லா மொழிகளும் புரியற இதயம் இருக்கு.

BANGALORE AIC AND CHQ QUOTA
Attention of District Secretaries/Treasurers please !

Our Bilaspur CWC decided to restrict the number of Delegates to next AIC to be held in Bangalore

on 3rd and 4th November 2015. 

Delegates and Visitors will be admitted based on the quota received by CHQ upto 31-3-2015.

Therefore, branches are called upon to remit the full quota for this current year before 31-3-2015 itself. 

Number of Delegates/Visitors entitled by each SSA Unit will be circulated immediately after 31-3-2015. 

Late remittance will not be taken into account.

PENSION PAPERS; TIMELY ACTION NEEDED
BSNL Corporate Office issues instructions to all again.

We are happy to note that the BSNL Corporate Office has issued fresh instructions to all circles

asking to take prompt action to settle pension cases.

The Letter stresses upon the need to prepare pension papers of all those who are going to retire in near future well in advance, complete in all respects, and send to the respective CCA.

I welcome this move. [ See Item No 115 in the IMPORTANT ORDERS]

BUT, ODISHA EXPEIRENCE GIVES NO HOPE….

It is reported from Odisha that more than 20 pension cases are kept pending in CCA Office.

Reason? 

They want copy of the order under which advance increments were granted to the cadre of Telegraphists.

These orders first issued in 1960, ........   55 years ago.

Number of Subsequent instructions issued during the next ten years.

 

CCA asked BSNL Circle Office to supply the orders now.

Is the BSNL office keeping such orders 55 years old?

 

Com. A Dhupal, former Circle Secretary of T III Union in Odisha and one of our active leaders in Odisha now,

sought my help. With the help of Com. Ravikumar of Trivandrum I could trace out the old documents- 55 years old –and supply to Com. Dhupal.

I hope it will satisfy the people in CCA office at Bhubaneshwar.

INCOME TAX FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015-16

தனி நபர் வருமான வரி விலக்கு உச்ச வரம்பில் மாற்றம் செய்யப்படவில்லை.
வருமான வரி விலக்குக்கான உச்ச வரம்பு அதே ரூ.2.5 லட்சத்தில் தொடர்கிறது. அதேவேளையில், 
வருமான வரி கட்டுபவர்களுக்கு ரூ.4,44,200 வரிச் சலுகை கிடைக்கும்.

அதற்கான விளக்கம் இதோ: 
ரூ.4.4 லட்சம் வரை வருமான வரி விலக்கு பெறுவது எப்படி?

இந்த பட்ஜெட்டில் பிரிவு '80 டி' மூலமாக ஆயுள் காப்பீடு மற்றும் மருத்துவச் செலவுகளை திரும்பப் பெறும் தொகை ரூ.15,000-ல் இருந்து ரூ.25,000 ஆக உயர்த்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. இந்தத் தொகை மூத்த குடிமக்களுக்கு ரூ.30,000 ஆக உயர்த்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது.

80 வயதுக்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்கள் ஆயுள் காப்பீடு பாலிசி எடுக்க முடியாது என்பதால், அவர்கள் செய்யும் மருத்துவ செலவுகளை வரி செலுத்தும் வருமானத்தில் இருந்து கழித்துக்கொள்ள முடியும். இந்த தொகை 30,000 ரூபாய்.

மூன்றாவதாக, பென்ஷன் திட்டங்களில் செய்யும் முதலீடுகளில் 50,000 ரூபாய் வரை விலக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அடுத்து, மாத சம்பளக்காரர்களுக்கு போக்குவரத்து படி விலக்கு தொகை மாதத்துக்கு 1,600 ரூபாயாக உயர்த்தப்பட்டிருக்கிறது. தற்போது இந்தத் தொகை மாதத்துக்கு 800 ரூபாயாக இருக்கிறது.

இந்த பட்ஜெட்டில் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட சலுகைகள் இவ்வளவுதான். 

ஏற்கெனவே இருக்கும் சலுகைகளை வைத்து 4.4 லட்ச ரூபாய்க்கு விலக்கு என்பதை அருண் ஜேட்லி அறிவித்திருக்கிறார்.

எப்படி 4.4 லட்ச ரூபாய்?

* 80 சி பிரிவு முதலீடு மூலமாக கிடைக்கும் வரிச் சலுகை ரூ. 1,50,000 (காப்பீடு, மியூச்சுவல் பண்ட், பிஎப் உள்ளிட்ட முதலீடுகள்)

* 80 சிசிடி பிரிவு மூலமாக கிடைக்கும் வரிச்சலுகை ரூ.50,000 (பென்ஷன் திட்டத்தில் முதலீடு)

* வீட்டுக்கடன் வட்டி - ரூ.2,00,000

* ஆயுள் காப்பீட்டு பிரீமியம் தொகை - ரூ.25,000

* போக்குவரத்து படி மூலம் கிடைக்கும் சலுகை - ரூ.19,200

மொத்தச் சலுகை ஆண்டுக்கு - ரூ.4,44,200

According to the ATR the Cabinet Note is put up to the Minister for Communications and IT. 

Minutes says it was sent to the Internal Finance Division of Department of Telecom.

CGHS FOR BSNL PENSIONERS

THE RATE OF PREMIUM IS STILL  NOT FINALISED.

Order extending the benefit of CGHS to BSNL Pensioners was issued long back.

But,  a doubt on the rate of premium to be paid by the BSNL pensioners  was raised.

Department of Health  prescribed the rate of premium based on Grade Pay  introduced by

the sixth Pay Commission. IN BSNL (IDA Scales) there is no Grade Pay. 

Correspondance was going on between the two departments on this matter. 

The matter came up for discussion in the SCOVA meeting held on 3-2-2015.

Department of Telecom has been asked to suggest alternate proposal.

                                                        (Refer the minutes of SCOVA meeting given below the item on 78.2% Case).

[Our Association has already given specific proposal in this regard  to Department of Telecom.]
