Dear Comrades,

All Trade Unions and Confederation of Central Govt Employees and Workers 

are organizing some programmes on 22-5-2020 protesting the move of 

Central Government for Labour reforms,   privatization of many PSUs etc.   

Being senior citizens and retirees, in the present condition, we cannot 

physically participate in such programmes.  Now a days, there is no use of 

writing Post Cards.  There is no Telegram campaign also possible now.  

Hence, the only option before us is to send email to PM or Finance Minister.  

For sending email to PM we find a lot of formalities.  It is quite cumbersome also.  

 Hence,   I suggest that all our Circle Secretaries and District Secretaries may send 

an email to the Finance Minister with copy to the Minster of State for Finance,  

Mr. Anurag Thakur.  Some active members also can be asked to send. At the end, 

the following information has to be given. The text of the email can be:

“We BSNL retirees protest against privatization move and labour reforms.  

We urge the Government to withdraw the moves.”…

LIFE CERTIFICATES- SPECIAL MEASURES FOR PENSIONERS

 

மேலே கண்ட கடிதங்களின் சாரம்

1.CCA அலுவலகம் மூலம் நேரடியாக  ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் SAMPAN ஓய்வூதியர்களில் ஏப்ரல் , மே 2௦19 ல் ஓய்வுபெற்று ஏப்ரல் , மே 2௦2௦ ல் 

LIFE CERTIFICATE அனுப்ப வேண்டிய ஓய்வூதியர்கள் முன்பு      அறிவிக்கப்பட்டபடிமே மாதம் 31 ஆம் தேதிக்குள் LIFE CERTIFICATE அனுப்ப வேண்டியதில்லை. அதற்கு கால நீட்டிப்பு வழங்கப்பட்டு 2௦2௦ ஜூலை 31 வரை LIFE CERTIFICATE கொடுக்கலாம் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

2. ஓய்வூதியர்கள் LIFE CERTIFICATE கொடுக்க வரவேண்டியதில்லை. மாறாக குறிப்பிட்ட படிவத்தில் கீழ் காணும் நபர்களின் கையொப்பத்துடன் பெறப்பட்ட LIFE CERTIFICATE ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும்.

 i மாஜிஸ்திரேட் 

ii பதுவுத்துறை ரெஜிஸ்டரார், துணை ரெஜிஸ்டரார்

iii அரசிதழ் பதிவுபெற்ற அதிகாரி (gazatted officer)

iv  காவல் துறையின் துணை ஆய்வாளர் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல் பதவியில் காவல் நிலைய பொறுப்பாளராகவுள்ளவர்

v.ரிசர்வ் வங்கியின்  GRADE -1, SBI மற்றும் அதன் சார்பு வங்கிகளின் அதிகாரிகள் (இரண்டாம் நிலை உட்பட)

vi ஓய்வுபெற்ற மாஜிஸ்திரேட்

 2.வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட வங்கிகள் மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெரும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் அந்த வங்கி அதிகாரியின் கையொப்பத்துடன் LIFE CERTIFICATE கொடுக்கலாம்.

3.1934 ஆம் ஆண்டு ரிசர்வ் வங்கி சட்டத்தின் இரண்டாம் அட்டவணையில் கண்டுள்ள வங்கிகளின் மூலம் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள் அந்த வங்கியின் அதிகாரி கையொப்பத்துடன்  LIFE CERTIFICATE கொடுக்கலாம்.

4. அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட முகவரால், மாஜிஸ்திரேட், நோட்டரி, மற்றும் BANKER/DIPLOMATIC REPRESENTATIVE OF INDIA , இவர்களால் சான்றளிக்கப்பட்ட LIFE CERTIFICATE ஐ இந்தியாவில் வசிக்காத ஓய்வூதிவர் சார்பாக கொடுத்தால், அந்த ஓய்வூதியர் நேர்காணலலிருந்து  விலக்கு அளிக்கப்படுகிறார்.

கம்முடேஷன் பெற FORM 1 கொடுக்கவேண்டும்

அன்புத் தோழர்களே,
VRS 2019 ல் ஒய்வு பெற்றவர்கள்  இந்த வருடம் பிப்ரவரி , மார்ச், ஏப்ரல் , மே  மற்றும் ஜூன் மாதங்களில் 60 வயது எட்டுபவர்கள் கம்முடேஷன் பெற தகுதி பெற்றவர்களாகிறார்கள். எனவே அவர்கள் Form 1-A , Part 1 படிவத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்து உடனடியாக நீங்கள் பணிபுரிந்த பகுதியில் இருக்கும் AO பென்ஷன் அவர்களிடம் அளிக்கும்படி கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்.
ஏற்கனவே VRS ல் வந்த போது கம்முடேஷன் FORM 1 A கொடுத்து இருப்பீர்கள். ஆனால் 60 வயது பூர்த்தியாகும் சமயத்தில் உங்கள் உயிர் வாழ்தலை உணர்த்துவதற்காக இப்போது Form 1-A கொடுக்கப்பட்ட வேண்டும். உடனடியாக அளிக்கும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

OUR CONTRIBUTION TO CORONA RELIEF FUND &OUR e journal

Our CHQ issued an Extra Ordinary Appeal for donation

 to Combat Covid Fund on 29-3-2020. Despite lockdown through the country,

 banks and post offices remained closed and in the absence of 

any transport facility, our members promptly and positively responded

to the call. Today is the 50th day since the Appeal. 

Total amount of donations made by members of AIBSNLPWA is 

Rs 79.34 Lakhs.
