78.2% IDA FOR PENSION REVISION

THE NEVER ENDING DEPARTMENTAL PROCESS IS THE REASON FOR DELAY!

Dear Comrades,
We reproduce hereunder a posting appeared in the website of
All India BSNL Exectuve Association for the ifnormation of  our  viewers:
We observe that many officers at the top speak nicely when leaders of pensioners meet them.
But, nothing concrete is done.  We do not like to comment further on this issue at this stage.

 From the website of AIBSNLEA
" 23.02.2015: Meeting with Member (Services), DoT GS and GS, AGS AIRBSNLEWA Shri Kishan Singh and Shri Rakesh Sriwastava met Shri Rajeev Aggarwal, Member (Services) DoT and requested for an early reply to Member (Finance) on 78.2% IDA fixation for BSNL Pensioners. Member (Services) appreciated our concern and mentioned that the issue will be resolved but getting delayed due to departmental process. He also expressed his concern that this issue could have been settled along with BSNL serving employees itself however, he advised to meet and discuss with DDG (Estt) for the early comments."

RECORD YOUR PROTEST

78.2% CASE:  UNDUE DELAY
It is reported that the Cabinet Note prepared by Estt Section long back is still pending in the Department of Telecom. The Action Taken Report given in the formal meeting of SCOVA was wrong.  It is not yet put up to the Minister, as stated in the ATR on 2nd instant.
The Case is delayed unnecessarily seeking clarifications already sought and replied to earlier.

RECORD YOUR PROTEST
BSNL pensioners all over the country should record their anger and anguish over the undue delay.  Make the POSTCARD campaign a big success.  The concern of BSNL retirees should be conveyed to the Honourable Minister through thousands of postcards.  Please organize it immediately.  Do not delay.
