The BSNL Corporate Offie has clarified once again that the Heads of Circles

can waive the ceiling limit on expenditure for outdoor treatment for chronic diseases.

TWO DAYS STRIKE IS SUCCESSFUL ................
SECRETARY, TELECOM WILL MEET LEADERS
ONLY ON 27th

Two days'strike by BSNL Staff under the banner of United Forum is total

all over the country. Congratulations to the BSNL Workers.

 

On 20th Instant, the BSNL Corporate Office intimated that Secretary, Telecom

would meet leaders of the United Forum on 25th to discuss the demands!

Now, after the strike is over, the said meeting is postponed to 27th instant at 5 PM  !!

ANOTHER MEETING WITH CPC

Today, our GS Com. Natarajan, AGS Com. Gangadhara Rao and Org. Secretary Com. K Muthiyalu

met Joint Secretary to 7th Central Pay Commission.

 

Few weeks back, an officer from CPC office contacted us and enquired as to whether they should

take views of BSNL or the DOT on our memorandum submitted to the CPC in their Bangalore sitting.

We told the officer that we are CENTRAL GOVT PENSIONERS and not BSNL pensioners and hence

the DOT only can comment on our memorandum to CPC.

But, on enquiry, it is understood that CPC has not asked views of the DOT officially.  

Today, our leaders submitted a fresh letter explaining the rationale behind our demand.
