OUR PENSION ANOMALY CASE WAS LISTED AS NO 68. AS THE COURT COULD SIT UPTO 13:00 HRS ONLY IT COULD NOT BE HEARD AND POSTPONED TO 19-4-2016.

You are aware about the continuous efforts taken by our CHQ to get the benefit of pension revision on the basis of 78.2 IDA merger from 10/6/2013 for those who retired prior to that date. 32 months are over and it is delayed under one pretext or other. As per our Bangalore AIC decision, CHQ calls upon you to hold "Powerful demonstration with maximum mobilisation" on 24/3/2016 (Thursday) at all SSAs & Circle Headquarters (positively before the office of CCA). BDPA g/s Com Mistry has agreed and AIRBSNLEA com Kishan singh is expected to participate along with us in this programme. A detailed circular will be issued later

IF IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HOLD DEMONSTRATION ON24-3-16 DUE TO HOLI FESTIVAL CIRCLES CAN CHOOSE A DATE CONVENIENT TO THEM. REPRESENTATION SHOULD BE SENT WITHOUT FAIL

The benefit of 78.2% IDA merger is not extended to the pensioners who retired prior to 10/6/2013. Despite sincere, continuous efforts by our Association for the past 32 months it remains unsettled. The Government is declaring off and on about early settlement of pensioners' grievances and We request you, sir, to settle this issue without further delay
